Shipping policy

At Biznaga Studio, every garment is handmade and personalized with great care. As a result, our production and shipping times differ from standard ready-to-ship products. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
1. Production Time
All of our products are made-to-order and carefully embroidered.
• Our standard production time is 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
• During peak seasons, production may take a little longer. If this happens, we’ll notify you right away.
We carefully prepare and personalize each garment to ensure the highest quality before shipping.
Please note: Processing time does not include delivery time.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using trusted carriers such as:
• Canada Post
• UPS
• Purolator
• Or another equivalent courier based on your location
Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 9 business days, depending on your city, province or country. Orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to over 25 countries including Canada, the United States, Mexico, and many others across Europe, Latin America, and Asia. If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.
Customs & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
4. Order Tracking
• All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package has been dispatched. If you don't see it after a few days, check your spam folder or contact us.
• You’ll be able to track your order at any time through the courier’s official website.
5. Shipping Costs
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using real-time carrier rates based on your location and order weight.
• We offer free shipping on orders over $100CA (before taxes and discounts) in Canada.
• We offer free shipping on orders over $130CA (before taxes and discounts) in US.
• We offer free shipping on orders over $150CA (before taxes and discounts) in Mexico.
• We offer free shipping on orders over $180CA (before taxes and discounts) in International.
6. Responsibility & Recommendations
• Biznaga Studio is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, but we’ll do our best to support you in tracking and resolving any issues.
• Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase to avoid delivery errors.
